The Night to Nurture Gala celebrated their 41th anniversary this year at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre with over 3500 hundred guests attended for a dinner and finished the night whit a live concert. This year the gala was hosted by Howie Mandel and Arkells preformed.in concert.

The Night to Nurture Gala the grocery and food industry brought the unique opportunity to come together to make a significant, positive difference to children in Canada. Funds raised through the Gala benefit organizations that nurture the whole child such as Kids Help Phone and breakfast programs in Canadian schools. The Grocery Foundation’s Night to Nurture Gala is one of the largest fundraising dinners in North America, annually raising close to $2,000,000 to help kids in need. Other features from The Gala evening also featured a cocktail reception, a Silent Auction, interactive entertainment and a chance to purchase a raffle ticket to win a new car! The highlight of the evening was the signature performance. Previous entertainers have included Hedley, Blue Rodeo Michael Bublé, Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, OneRepublic and most recently Bryan Adams, and Barenaked Ladies
